These cases are manufactured using 7mm black Heksa, which is a hard wearing phenolic coating on birch plywood, the edging is 30mm aluminium with 4 flush mounted butterfly catches and 2 flush mounted flip handles. The shock mount suspended rack option changes the base plywood from 7mm to 9mm, has a 6mm inner sleeve with aluminium capping suspended in 30mm of high density plastazote foam. The wheeled option has 4 swivel 100mm blue castors 2 of which are braked mounted in opposite corners.
